Where was I?

Ah, yes, Parrien s'Brydion and his disaffected fleet...

Hmmm. Could you be a tad bit more specific . . . ?

As long as Arithon doesn't end up with a broken leg this trip..

By Blue on Thursday, December 08, 2005 - 09:08 am: Edit Post

Shouldn't that be as long as Arithon doesn't REQUEST a broken leg this trip? :-O

Janny - disaffected or dysfunctional? :-)

Too many s'Brydions in one place is a surefire recipe for high jinks and bad humour..

The more s'Brydions the better in my opinion. I always enjoy the anarchy that ensues when that lot get provoked (something similar to poking a stick in a hornet's nest I think). Are you sure they're not of Irish origins?

Why is Bransian's fleet disaffected? Why is it off the east coast of Paravia?

Ooh, this'll keep me wondering... I bet I can come up with hundreds of misconceptions with this little tidbit!

That'll keep me busy. At least, after TK I no longer think any of my assumptions will be correct. :D

Into the one liners for 7b, and neck deep in Silly Season, too...

Ah, and a surprise preview "out there somewhere" as a little celebration (some of you found it already :-) )

Julie Czerneda's newsgroup - as a hint - it was posted on Saturday Dec. 10th.

Sandtiger (Who has a link, but figures a bit of searching is fun to watch)

{She's been taking lessons in taunting from someone we know!} ;)

No need for a link. It took me approximately three minutes to locate the snippet. Very delicious indeed. Glad that the character in this snippet other than 'the bard' shall continue to be a presence in Stormed Fortress.

Speaking of stormed fortresses, it's snowing! In Portland. *happy snow dance!*

A bit of searching!

#@$%@#

Took a lot more than three minutes...but worth it.

However, I am nowhere near nerdy enough to know how to post a link.

And Janny, thanks for the Anniversary present.

Must be something that happens when one becomes a published author. <grin>

Uh, does anyone have a link for at least the newsgroup in question?

   By Jay_Jay on Monday, December 19, 2005 - 11:45 pm: Edit Post

Yes.

:D

[taunting]

but first you'll have to promise me your firstborn child...

[Hint: her name is Julie Czerneda, and she DOES have a website...]

::laugh at Trys:: I think it's a matter of learning from the best!

Here you go Blue ...

http://webnews.sff.net/read?cmd=xover&group=sff.people.julie-czerneda&from=-10 And as I said - it was posted on Oct. 10th.

I am actually going to be out of town for the next month, so I likely won't be stopping in (Unless very lucky)

Meanwhile, all the best of the season to all of you - and my good wishes that the coming year be full of creativity, laughter, friends, and loved ones.
